Do I have to be an existing customer to join the HomeCare Plan? +
No โ€” you can join at any time. If we haven't visited your home before, we'll start with a quick safety check so we understand your system and ensure everything is safe before the plan begins.
What happens during the plumbing checks? +
We complete a structured water-side inspection covering 30 points โ€” leaks, pressure, seals, valves, limescale risk, radiators, and visible pipework. You receive a full photo-report after every visit so you always know the exact state of your plumbing.
What if you find issues during a check? +
We'll show you exactly what we found with photos and explain your options clearly. Any repairs are always your choice โ€” we never pressure you into work. As a plan member, you get discounted labour rates on anything you choose to fix.
Is there a minimum contract length? +
No long contracts. You can cancel anytime, and your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Are emergency call-outs included in the plan? +
Call-outs aren't free โ€” you still pay for any labour and parts needed. But members get priority response (guaranteed within 24โ€“48hrs depending on tier) and discounted labour rates on all work. Plus and Standard members receive the fastest response times.
What counts as a "handyman hour"? +
It covers labour for small jobs like resealing, tightening fittings, minor adjustments, limescale cleaning, or general maintenance tasks. It's scheduled in advance (not emergency callout). Parts, if needed, are billed separately at cost.
Does the plan cover gas work? +
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. We co-ordinate this through our Gas Safe registered network, and your member labour discount applies to that work too.
What areas do you cover? +
We cover Dartford and surrounding areas including Gravesend, Swanley, Sidcup, Bexley, Eltham, and SE London. If you're unsure whether you're inside the service zone, just message us on WhatsApp or call us and we'll confirm straight away.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes โ€” you can switch tiers at any time. Your new plan features and pricing start from your next billing cycle. Just call or message us and we'll sort it immediately.
