FlowSafe HomeCare offers:
We operate primarily in Dartford and surrounding areas (approx. 15-mile radius).
Bookings can be made via our online booking system, WhatsApp, contact form, direct phone call, or scorecard result pages.
We may give an estimated arrival time or time window. Delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or job duration.

This check is visual only and does not include gas work, panel removal, invasive investigation, parts, or repairs (unless pre-agreed).
If you are not home at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee of £20.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change if additional issues are found during the visit.
Where possible, we provide fixed prices in the photo report. Prices include labour and exclude materials unless specified.
Care Plan pricing is listed on our website and may be updated at any time. Included labour does not roll over.
Emergency visits may incur additional charges depending on time, distance, and job type.
We accept payment via Stripe, bank transfer, cards (via online link), and GoCardless (for Care Plans).
Some larger jobs may require a deposit before work begins.
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations made under 24 hours may incur a £20 fee.
If we need to reschedule due to emergencies or delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on repairs we complete.
Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

We take photos to document findings, provide before/after evidence, and create your photo report. Photos will never show your address or identifying personal details. With your permission, we may use anonymous before/after photos for marketing.
